Parti Marc was born and raised in Tamil Nadu, India, studied in Australia and living in New Zealand since 2002.

He was educated in India, Australia and New Zealand. He completed his Bachelor of Commerce in the Madras University and Bachelor of Law in the Bangalore University.

Parti is the Principal of Avondale Law Firm specialising in Immigration Law, Property Law – Conveyance, Business Sale and Purchase, Estates & Wills, Criminal Law, Family Law, Trust and Commercial Law matters.

He has been lecturing Business Law and Commercial Law for the last 4 years.

INDERJEET ANAND - BARRISTER & SOLICITOR

Inderjeet joined Avondale Law in 2008. Inderjeet has a legal background and practiced law in India before he moved to New Zealand.

He was admitted to the High Court of New Zealand in 2007. He holds a bachelor degree in economics honors in addition to his legal qualifications.

SENTHIL RAJ PARTHIBAN - BARRISTER & SOLICITOR

Senthil Raj joined Avondale Law in 2009. Senthil Raj is a graduate from Waikato University and got admitted in 2009.

Senthil Raj over the past few years he has gained considerable knowledge in immigration law, Commercial Law, and Family Law.

TONDERAI MUKUSHA - BARRISTER & SOLICITOR

Tonderai Mukusha joined Avondale Law in 2010. Tonderai Mukusha is a graduate from Waikato University and got admitted in 2009.

Tonderai Mukusha is a passionate lawyer, over the past few years he has gained considerable knowledge in Immigration Law, Refugee Law, Commercial Law, Criminal Law and Employment Law. Tonderai Mukusha regularly offers legal services to Citizen Advice Bureau.

RAKHI KANNANKERIL - BARRISTER & SOLICITOR

Rakhi Kannankeril joined Avondale Law in 2011 where she attends to immigration law and commercial law matters.  She was admitted in the High Court of New Zealand in 2007.
  
Rakhi has experience of running her own legal practice in Mumbai, India. She provided legal advice to corporate and private clients in the commercial field before migrating to New Zealand. Since 2007, Rakhi has been advising clients in New Zealand on general property and retirement village settlements.

She holds a Bachelor of Commerce, a Bachelor of Law and a LLM from the University of Mumbai (Bombay).

KRISHNAVENI SATHEESH - Legal Clerk/Support Staff

Krishna joined Avondale Law in 2011. She completed her education in Unitec.
She is an integral part of Avondale Law with her providing support and assistance to all the lawyers. She is very friendly person and she is always willing to assist the clients.
